Terms and Conditions
- Children must be a minimum of 1.3 metres tall to ride the jet boat.
- Passengers holding reservations must check-in and be ready to board the jet boat at least 15minutes prior to the departure time. Sydney Jet reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time.
- Cancellations must be receives at least 24hours prior to the departure time or full payment is due.
- If Sydney Jet must cancel a ride prior to departure due to bad weather the ride can be rescheduled. If this is not possible no payment will be due.
- Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health, must not ride the jet boat. All passengers board and ride with Sydney Jet at their own risk.
- Passengers may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst riding the jet boat. Sydney Jet accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of property.
- All passengers will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure.
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- Sydney Jet reserves the right to alter price, departure time, departure point, or substitute another vessel when and as necessary.
- Sydney Jet reserves the right to refuse passage for whatever reason.
- Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the ride. Sydney Jet reserves the right to use or reproduce such film/photos for any purpose whatsoever without notification, compensation or payment.
